It’s confidential. The information you share will not be shared with your employer or anyone else.
We will provide you with legal guidance. If you need to hire an attorney after discussing your issue with us we can also give you the information you need to get any available legal reimbursement. In some cases, you are also entitled to reimbursement of filing fees.
